David Vogel practices in a wide variety of real estate transaction and development matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, common interest developments, finance transactions and general business transactions. Mr. Vogel represents a broad range of clients including developers, builders, lenders, borrowers, institutional equity providers, commercial real estate investors, entrepreneurs and non profit organizations.

Mr. Vogel’s recent focus and accomplishments include his representation of:

Mr. Vogel was Senior Symposium Editor for the UC Davis Law Review. He is a member of the Stanford Alumni Association, an active cyclist and volunteers in the community through his church organization.
