Mr. Bagley practiced as a transactional attorney at HechtSolberg from 1985 through 2025 and has retired from the practice of law.
During his career, Mr. Bagley’s practice focused on real estate, finance, and general business transactions. He regularly advised clients on commercial leasing, real property acquisition and development, real estate joint ventures, residential development and sales, and a broad range of corporate and business matters.

Mr. Bagley has also been deeply involved in community and charitable organizations. He is a member and past president of the Board of Trustees of The Bishop’s School in La Jolla and a past president and director of Episcopal Community Services, which provides comprehensive social services to low-income families and individuals.
