David W. Bagley II

Mr. Bagley practiced as a transactional attorney at HechtSolberg from 1985 through 2025 and has retired from the practice of law.

During his career, Mr. Bagley’s practice focused on real estate, finance, and general business transactions. He regularly advised clients on commercial leasing, real property acquisition and development, real estate joint ventures, residential development and sales, and a broad range of corporate and business matters.

Mr. Bagley’s professional affiliations and recognitions encompass:

  • Member of the Real Property Section of the California State Bar (Executive Committee 2000-2005, Chair 2003-2004, Advisor 2005-2009)
